Do you buy glass lots from other hobbyists?
YES. If you are a downsizing or retiring artist, or your third step cousin twice removed used to work in stained glass and you have a stash of sheet glass you're looking to rehome, please contact me. I would be thrilled to come dig around your basement or workshop.
Notes on Custom Work:
I take great care to ensure my clients' visions come to reality and that they are satisfied with the final product. We will discuss your idea, and I will draft a design and provide an estimate for the piece. Once the estimate is accepted, clients will have the opportunity to review and give input into the final design and glass/color choices before cuts begin. A 50% deposit is due at the time the estimate is accepted and a custom order is placed.
As an artist, I reserve the explicit right to refuse any commission request. I don’t do sports team logos, It's not my style. There may be artistic integrity or copyright considerations related to trademarked logos or images from the internet. That being said, images are helpful to understand the look and feel of a custom piece that a client hopes to achieve.
I’m all about inclusivity and supporting our diverse homies up in here and I will not consider any commission that does not align with those values. 😊
Custom Order Timelines:
I'm just one person, and all pieces are made with love and by hand. Designing and creating custom pieces may take a bit of lead time depending on circumstances. Custom order completion timelines will be discussed prior to an order being accepted.
Shipping:
Preference is always for local pickup in Prince George. Shipping may be available for clients within Canada and shipping costs will be determined on a case by case basis. Please contact me to discuss.
Payment Options:
I accept cash, e-transfer or card payments via Square. I can also send an electronic invoice with a link for payment. 7% BC Provincial Sales Tax (PST) is charged on all pieces sold to clients in British Columbia.
Warranty:
It's important to me that of my stained glass pieces are not only beautiful, but structurally sound as well. Therefore, I warranty all of my work. If there is a defect in the piece (my fault) I will repair or replace it at my expense.
Damage resulting from accidents (not a defect or my fault, but the dog looks guilty) will be discussed and quoted on a case by case basis.
Repairs:
If you have a stained glass piece that needs repair, my preference is that you contact the original artist if possible. However, if that's not an option and you have something sentimental that needs some love, I would be happy to look at it. Repairs will be discussed and quoted on a case by case basis.
If you have any other questions, please contact me.
